Ever want to improve your sporting performance? (Rhetorical question!)
As you may have realised, it’s not as simple as just wishing for it. For sporting performance, as with any skill, practice and correct technique are key. Here at SoCo, our Sports and Performance Psychology service aims to hand over the mental aspect of that key to you.
Some of the areas we can work with you on include imagery, positive self-talk, and goal-setting. We can also facilitate individual, group workshop and coaching-specific sessions. As with all other services here at SoCo, our Sport & Performance Psychology service is geared towards your goals and results, whether individually for yourself, or for your team as a coach. There’s no generic cookbook recipes with us – your plan of attack will be carefully devised following the initial consultation and will be delivered in a unique, innovative and engaging way. Its also important to us for you to be able to track your progress – which means us putting our money where our mouth is! – and so we’ll sit down early to create specific measurable goals with you, enabling you to clearly see you or your team’s progress
