Book SoCo Online!
At SoCo, we have teamed up with TM3 – World Leaders in Private Practice software – to provide us with our online booking system. We’ve outlined the steps below on how to use the system, but if you are unsure of anything or would prefer to book another way, you can call us on +353 1 293 2819 or email us on email@example.com.
When you come onto the booking home page, you see the screen below showing you the different options. From these options, you select the appointment you’d like be it for physiotherapy, pilates, sports performance, etc. Not all of our available services are visible here, so if you don’t see the appointment you want, or are unsure what to book, please give us a call on 01 293 2819, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you select your chosen treatment, you will be offered the chance to pick a time slot (divided into morning, afternoon and evening appointments). You can select a particular practitioner if you are returning for a follow-up appointment, or you can leave it at ‘Any Practitioner’ to see all available appointments for a specific service.
Once you have selected your preferred date and time of day, you will be shown a list of available specific times for you to choose from for your appointment.
Once you have selected your preferred date and time slot, you will be prompted to enter your email address. This is for the system to recognise if you are a new or returning Client. If you are a new client, proceed to STEP 5 below. If you are a returning Client, you will see the screen from STEP 6 onwards.
If you are a new patient, you will be brought to the following registration screen. The purpose of getting this information is to allow us to contact you about your appointments and is information that we would normally collect off you if you were to walk in off the street for a first appointment.
Once you have registered or logged in, you will see the final pre-confirmation screen displaying all your selected appointment information. Please check that all the information is correct – if not, you can go back and select again.
In order to confirm your appointment, you need to select the button that states you “agree with the cancellation policy and Terms & Conditions” – these conditions can be read by following the link within the text. Once your booking is confirmed, you will see the following screen.
You can view all your upcoming bookings in the ‘My Bookings’ section which displays after the ‘Appointment Booked’ confirmation page. This section allows you to make another booking, or cancel any existing bookings should you need to.
