FNCTN

We are delighted to launch ‘FNCTN’ by SoCo. A new group functional training programme, it will change the way you train. To start, we have 4 different types of classes (further info on those below) targeting different areas that can form part of your rehab programme, part of your prehab programme, part of your injury prevention programme, part of your training programme, and everything in between!

FNCTN Classes
by Soco

If there’s a class you are interested in and none of the below times suit and you think you could fill with some friends/colleagues/teammates, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

In line with our MDT model of providing holistic care, we have fresh ‘recovery’ food – including smoothies and recovery snacks – provided by Gourmet Food Parlour available on site for you as an option post session to help with your recovery/training.

Looking forward to seeing you for a new class soon, and changing the way you train!
